Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sales by organizing vehicle registration, cancellation, and re-registration activities.
  • •Liaise with traffic and other government departments to clear fines and ensure timely payments to avoid account blocks.
  • •Handle GR queries related to vehicles, traffic fines, and registration documentation, including collecting details for charging and IOU settlement.
  • •Monitor vehicle registration expiry dates and provide month-wise allocation of vehicle registration expenses to the accounts department.
  • •Coordinate with police and company lawyers for case filing against defaulting customers, and manage documentation/approvals for new branch openings.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in government liaison work in UAE.
  • •Higher Secondary School Certificate.
  • •Experience supporting vehicle registration and traffic fine resolution through government authorities.
  • •Ability to coordinate with traffic, police, and relevant ministries for documentation, approvals, and case filing.
  • •Experience managing and organizing GR queries related to vehicles, traffic, and fines.
