Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of training curricula for Pandora’s Production Academy, building master trainer capabilities and ensuring craftspeople gain and sustain production skills. You will create learning content, collaborate with factory leaders, manage certification processes, and continuously improve training materials to align with new products and processes in Bangkok/Praves, Thailand.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop the learning and training curriculums for both master trainers and craftpeople from the production team, including validation of contents, assessment to enhance knowledge/skills of the employee.
•Produce production academy learning content and materials (including PowerPoint, multimedia, e-learning, handbook, among others)
•Align and collaborate with factory managers to identify master trainers pool
•Facilitate and conduct training for master trainers to transfer skills and techniques knowledge to craftspeople
•Collaborate with productions group leaders to monitor and follow up on individual performance of trainees after passing skills training programs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Trainer or Technical Learning Supervisor in the manufacturing industry (jewelry manufacturing experience preferred).
•Hands-on experience in technical training and development within a manufacturing environment.
•Experience in matrix management skills.
•Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies and frameworks.
•Experience managing technical skill certification processes is required.
