Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-profile client relationships and deliver Aon’s most complex retirement consulting engagements.
  • •Provide strategic guidance on pension plan design, funding, governance, risk management, and long-term sustainability.
  • •Lead complex actuarial and consulting projects, including risk transfer, longevity strategy, plan design, M&A, and financial reporting initiatives.
  • •Present insights and recommendations to senior executives, boards, and committees while ensuring deliverable quality and commercial relevance.
  • •Mentor and develop colleagues and support business growth through proposals, finalist presentations, thought leadership, and growth strategies across Western Canada.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years in pension plan consulting or related field.
  • •Fully qualified actuary (FSA/FCIA) desired.
  • •English written and spoken.
  • •Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
