Job Summary

Drive process improvement in manufacturing by analyzing operations to boost efficiency, cost, and quality. Design, test, and implement automated machinery, robotic systems, production lines, and control systems (including PLCs). Program and maintain industrial control equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality, documentation (work instructions/SOPs), and safety/compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, quality, and maintenance to support launches and resolve equipment failures.

•Create, test, and implement automated machinery, robotic systems, and software programs.
•Design, install, and troubleshoot new manufacturing equipment, tools, and production lines.
•Program and maintain control systems (including PLCs) for industrial processes; troubleshoot equipment failures.
•Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation while ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance and evaluating product quality against specifications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, software, or manufacturing engineering (or related field).

•Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex, automated manufacturing systems.
