Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, coordinate, and act as a liaison for construction and maintenance projects at SpaceX facilities.
  • •Coordinate with vendors to meet SpaceX standards and codes and deliver promised services, materials, and craftsmanship.
  • •Facilitate approvals from city, county, and government; manage permits/inspections as needed.
  • •Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and RFP documents; gather proposals and assign contracts.
  • •Maintain project documentation, manage safety requirements (including OSHA), and transition post-construction into operations and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering discipline.
  • •2+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, construction management and/or facilities management.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software; experience with PDF editor software such as Bluebeam.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations and mark up coordination items.
  • •Ability to independently manage projects in a fast-paced, changing environment and determine/manage priorities with minimal guidance.
