Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements with customers, subprocessors, service providers, and third parties.
  • •Develop, maintain, and scale global privacy programs, including DPIAs and records of processing aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • •Advise engineering and product teams to ensure business practices comply with privacy and data protection laws worldwide.
  • •Monitor and respond to changes in privacy laws and regulations, including AI regulations.
  • •Support implementation of AI-specific regulatory compliance, including CCPA governance, and help classify AI systems and develop internal AI governance controls and processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 265,000 annually
