Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement a QA strategy, operating model, standards, roadmap, and supporting templates.
  • •Assess current practices, identify quality risks and process gaps, and prioritize measurable improvements.
  • •Lead risk-based test planning for features, integrations, data workflows, and production releases.
  • •Oversee manual and automated testing across web, API, data-processing, and mobile solutions; integrate test automation into CI/CD.
  • •Provide technical direction and mentoring for QA professionals and promote shared ownership of quality across the software development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software QA experience, including senior/lead or equivalent responsibilities.
  • •Experience defining and improving QA processes, standards, governance, measures, and team practices.
  • •Experience leading or mentoring QA professionals (formal supervisory experience is an asset).
  • •Strong knowledge of testing methods, risk-based testing, defect management, root-cause analysis, and quality engineering.
  • •Hands-on test automation experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or comparable frameworks.
