Design high-performance storage area networks (SANs) and data center fabrics with major customers, partners, and OEMs. Serve as an in-house technical expert using advanced, innovative systems engineering concepts, consulting at the business level and representing the company at industry forums. Lead and set direction for high-impact, long-range technical projects with a high level of independence.

Key Responsibilities

•Work directly with major customers, partners, and OEMs to design high-performance storage area networks (SANs) and data center fabrics.
•Contribute to development of company objectives and principles and achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
•Work on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical knowledge.
•Set direction for high-impact and/or long-range strategic/technical projects and lead major initiatives/projects.
•May manage resources to achieve group objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,400 - 207,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of related experience, or a Master's in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of related experience.

•Networked within the industry and acknowledged as an expert by peers.
•Develop and/or apply innovative technologies and concepts.
•Acts as a technical or business consulting resource to business-level managers.
