Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of visual and operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restock/destock, and updating visual merchandising per directives.
  • •Plan visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapt zoning and visual support to business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities related to product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; make changes as needed.
  • •Lead associates by coaching and providing constant feedback, partner on recruitment and development, and support cross-functional training to ensure the business is well-executed.
