Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the Coach brand’s front-line ambassador. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection while maintaining Coach service standards.
