Job Summary

Maintain and operate customers’ network security infrastructure, handling daily firewall, routing/switching, and Prisma SASE support. Design, confirm, and troubleshoot security implementations and traffic flows across Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco NGFW environments. Work tickets for requests, changes, incidents, and problems, ensure documentation and SLA compliance, complete maintenance and health checks, and provide 24x7 on-call escalation for high-severity issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily maintenance and operations of firewall and network security platforms, including routing/switching and AWS cloud networking.
•Design, validate, and troubleshoot traffic flows, security implementations, and configurations.
•Handle requests, changes, incidents, and problem records; detect security issues and manage customer tickets until closure.
•Support Palo Alto and Prisma SASE solutions; provide technical escalation to L1 engineers.
•Provide 24x7 on-call support for high-severity incidents and perform weekly/monthly health checks, maintenance, upgrades, and patches.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of network security administration experience.
•7 years working with Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco, NGFW, and SASE solutions.
•Ability to troubleshoot firewall and network traffic/security implementations with minimal client input and proper escalation.
•Experience handling requests, changes, incidents, and problem records to support customer network security environments.
•Ability to work independently and remotely when troubleshooting, and participate in 24x7 on-call support for high-severity incidents.
