Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guest services and in-house service while providing daily supervision and leadership for the Laundry Department.
  • •Maintain knowledge of One&Only operating standards and ensure correct handling of guest laundry/dry cleaning for customer delight.
  • •Train colleagues regularly on equipment, processes, and standards; encourage initiative and adherence to standards.
  • •Manage laundry workflows including wash formula correctness, spot checks, sorting/counts verification, and records upkeep.
  • •Coordinate with the outside laundry supplier, conduct inventories and inspections, and support improvements based on monthly reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Hospitality, or fluency in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus).
  • •Skilled to perform the Team Leader role for Laundry.
  • •Good knowledge of Laundry Operations and Housekeeping, with prior experience as a Laundry Team Leader.
  • •Minimum 2 years working as a Team Leader in a five-star Hotel.
  • •Ability to supervise daily tasks to the One&Only One Za’abeel standards and ensure correct use of equipment, processes, and standards.
