Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional leadership and set/enforce quality bars for requirements, prototypes, and documentation across the pod.
  • •Serve as primary escalation point between FDPMs, Technical Account Managers, implementation engineering, and core product; unblock contested requirements.
  • •Build and maintain a shared operational playbook and convert recurring deployment patterns into structured feedback for the core product roadmap.
  • •Coordinate pod capacity and workload across active deployments; flag capacity gaps to the Director of Product and step into client deployments when needed.
  • •Surface pod-wide progress, metrics, and operational blockers to product and delivery leadership.
