Key Responsibilities

  • •Contact policyholders regarding property claims within level of authority, conducting investigations, interviews, and inspections
  • •Prepare estimates and evaluate information to determine coverage, total value, and payment/denial decisions
  • •Set and maintain adequate reserves and obtain/review supporting reports and records
  • •Document claim files and submit final reports for closure
  • •Service assigned territory and bring claims to conclusion, including identifying subrogation situations and participating on catastrophe duty when required

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred/required depending on level)
