Job Summary

Build agentic lead-qualification workflows for sales teams using Leadbay’s MCP-native product. You’ll land small accounts in calls and partner with larger teams over days in their offices to listen to real account behavior, ship tailored MCP-powered workflows, and expand what works based on measurable outcomes. You’ll also grow by using your own MCP to become a repeatable example of the most efficient sales rep, directly alongside founders.

Key Responsibilities

•Land small accounts in 30-minute calls and help them build what couldn’t be done before.
•Land large accounts over days in their offices, understand growth strategy, and build the workflow with the team.
•Build everything needed inside the MCP product and MCP acquisition funnel.
•Use your own MCP to demonstrate efficient sales qualification workflows.
•In your first 30/60/90 days: meet self-serve users and ship agentic systems, build a library of what works, then grow your skillset and work with much larger customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Be technically capable and socially skilled, able to work comfortably with sales leadership while also coding.
•Write and ship code (examples include Python) and build side projects or AI skills in your own time.
•Build and iterate agentic workflows and qualification prompts using Leadbay/MCP product capabilities.
•Make judgment calls with customers and be comfortable saying “I don’t know, let me go find out.”
•Provide an application artifact you built and shipped (e.g., a repo, tool, automation, or side project with real users).
