Key Responsibilities

•Lead civil and structural construction activities offshore, overseeing site execution to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
•Coordinate with marine construction teams, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives; conduct technical meetings and progress reviews.
•Review and interpret structural/civil drawings, calculations, and IFC documents; validate temporary works designs.
•Support construction sequencing, offshore logistics, and interface management with geotechnical, MEP, and dredging teams.
•Ensure compliance with international standards, enforce HSE, lead inspections and material approvals, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; 13–15+ years of experience in civil/structural construction projects in the oil & gas industry; minimum 5+ years in offshore construction projects.
•Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and solve field issues.
•Strong knowledge of international codes and standards.
