Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead EMEA plans covering segmentation, coverage tiers, target workloads, executive sponsors, and partner routes.
  • •Build senior relationships with priority enterprise ISVs, cloud providers, GSIs, OEMs, and marketplace teams and align them on commercial plans.
  • •Drive a steady co-sell and marketplace rhythm (listings, proofs of value, field enablement, and partner uptake) and report on coverage, pipeline, blockers, forecast, and priority workloads.
  • •Convert integrations into repeatable plays by working with developer relations, AI-native teams, solution architects, product, marketing, field sales, legal, finance, and partner teams.
  • •Provide leadership across enterprise ISV and cloud global promote-and-scale, including EMEA ISVs and global ISVs with a European presence.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •15+ years in enterprise software sales, alliances, technical business development, ISV partnerships, cloud GTM, or platform ecosystem leadership, including 8+ years leading teams.
  • •Proven track record scaling partner-led revenue programs with ISVs, cloud providers, GSIs, OEMs, marketplaces, or enterprise software platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of AI software, cloud, SaaS, enterprise applications, AI Factory infrastructure, and partner commercialisation models.
  • •Experience engaging C-level partner executives while understanding technical integration, developer adoption, and product roadmap dependencies.
