Job Summary

Support the development, implementation, and governance of PUMA’s global transfer pricing framework. Partner with finance, tax, and operational stakeholders worldwide to ensure consistent application of transfer pricing policies. Lead global compliance activities (Master Files, Local Files, intercompany agreements, and disclosures), develop practical solutions aligned to OECD principles, manage audits and disputes, and drive ongoing improvements to the framework.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development, implementation, and governance of PUMA’s global transfer pricing framework.
•Manage global transfer pricing compliance activities, including Master Files, Local Files, intercompany agreements, and related disclosures.
•Develop practical transfer pricing solutions and translate complex tax matters into actionable business recommendations.
•Monitor operational transfer pricing outcomes and proactively manage risks, corrective actions, audits, and disputes.
•Contribute to strategic projects and continuous enhancement of the transfer pricing framework, acting as a trusted advisor across functions.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•5+ years of transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment and/or a leading tax advisory firm.
•Strong technical expertise in OECD transfer pricing principles and international taxation.
•Analytical, business-oriented, solution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment, with German and English fluency.
