Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of EC&FZ stakeholder management initiatives by identifying key internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations with cluster strategy, and representing EC&FZ at regulatory meetings and conferences. Drive engagement by incorporating stakeholder feedback into organizational strategies, developing stakeholder mapping and management plans, and delivering regular reports to senior management. Manage and coach the stakeholder management team and coordinate cross-functional support with marketing, legal, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify key internal and external stakeholders, analyze interests, and align expectations with EC&FZ cluster strategy.
•Represent EC&FZ at regulatory meetings and stakeholder conferences to advocate priorities and strengthen partnerships.
•Review, analyze, and incorporate stakeholder feedback into organizational strategies to improve alignment and outcomes.
•Develop and direct execution of stakeholder programs, conduct regular evaluations, and deliver reports to senior management.
•Manage the stakeholder management team by evaluating performance, providing feedback, identifying development needs, coaching, and training the team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
•Excellent English; Arabic is an added advantage.
•Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
•Experience in stakeholder management or relationship management; leading or supervising teams is preferred.
•Experience working with government entities and regulatory bodies, or large corporate organizations.
