Job Summary

Design, configure, and implement inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications. Build unidirectional and bidirectional interfaces to synchronize data, including foundation data such as users and organizational/asset information. Collaborate with application owners and integration teams to define requirements and ensure data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, monitor performance, follow ServiceNow integration standards, and support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and implement inbound and outbound ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems.
•Develop and maintain unidirectional and bidirectional interfaces for reliable data synchronization.
•Integrate foundation data sources (users, organizational data, assets, and other core business information) into ServiceNow.
•Collaborate with application owners and integration teams to define integration requirements and ensure data quality.
•Troubleshoot integration issues and monitor interface performance; document interfaces and support testing and deployment in an Agile environment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
•Minimum 3-5 years with ServiceNow Development Projects or technical configuration.
•Experience designing and implementing system integrations.
•Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, and XML.
•Proficiency in English or German is required.
