Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow the engineering team, setting direction and mentoring engineers to scale impact.
•Own features end-to-end across the full development lifecycle, from scoping to deployment and iteration.
•Build across the stack using React and NodeJS to ship product improvements for internal teams.
•Collaborate with Operations and care navigators to reduce friction and improve tools used daily.
•Monitor production with metrics and logs, identify issues, and drive fixes to production readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 300,000 annually

•3+ years of management experience
