Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide continuous 24x7 monitoring of customer and enterprise security environments via shift-based operations.
  • •Monitor and analyze security events from SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls, email security gateways, web security solutions, and cloud security platforms.
  • •Review alerts to identify legitimate threats vs false positives; validate, classify, and prioritize events by severity, risk, and impact.
  • •Perform first-level incident triage, create/manage incident tickets, and escalate validated incidents to SOC Tier 2 with complete investigation details.
  • •Maintain investigation records, support shift handovers, and contribute to SOC performance metrics and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of SOC operations experience.
  • •Familiarity with SIEM consoles, alert triage, and SOC monitoring workflows, with willingness to work rotating shifts.
  • •Foundational networking and operating-system knowledge.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Security+, CEH, or other relevant certification preferred.
