Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment

Provide strategic legal leadership for labor and employment matters across the Americas, advising HR, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. Lead the employment law strategy with increased independence, counsel on employee relations and wage/hour issues, manage disputes, agency charges, and litigation with outside counsel, and direct sensitive workplace investigations. Help design and implement employment policies, monitor regulatory changes, and build scalable legal processes while mentoring and leading the labor & employment function.
