Job Summary

Lead global SAP functional operations across key business processes (Record to Report, Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, and Hire to Retire), ensuring stability, optimization, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

•Own SLAs and KPIs and drive ITIL governance (incident, problem, change, and release) across production and non-production SAP environments.
•Minimize business disruption by managing critical escalations, conducting root-cause analysis, and governing business continuity and disaster recovery testing.
•Translate business needs into optimized, scalable SAP configurations; govern change requests and ensure standard SAP features are preferred over complex custom code.
•Oversee integration testing and UAT for functional patches or upgrades, and align business processes across SAP modules (R2R, L2C, S2P, H2R).
•Manage offshore vendors and third-party AMS partners, conduct service reviews, optimize operational budgets, and oversee planning and delivery of SAP initiatives.

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•15+ years of experience in applications management in a high-transaction, services-oriented global business, with strong leadership experience in global SAP implementations.
•Expertise in SAP systems on-premises and cloud (public/private), including technical architecture and SAP customizations/development and integrations.
•Expertise in SAP solutions for one or more end-to-end processes: Record to Report, Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, and Hire to Retire.
