Key Responsibilities

  • •Own SLAs and KPIs and drive ITIL governance (incident, problem, change, and release) across production and non-production SAP environments.
  • •Minimize business disruption by managing critical escalations, conducting root-cause analysis, and governing business continuity and disaster recovery testing.
  • •Translate business needs into optimized, scalable SAP configurations; govern change requests and ensure standard SAP features are preferred over complex custom code.
  • •Oversee integration testing and UAT for functional patches or upgrades, and align business processes across SAP modules (R2R, L2C, S2P, H2R).
  • •Manage offshore vendors and third-party AMS partners, conduct service reviews, optimize operational budgets, and oversee planning and delivery of SAP initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of experience in applications management in a high-transaction, services-oriented global business, with strong leadership experience in global SAP implementations.
  • •Expertise in SAP systems on-premises and cloud (public/private), including technical architecture and SAP customizations/development and integrations.
  • •Expertise in SAP solutions for one or more end-to-end processes: Record to Report, Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, and Hire to Retire.
  • •Strong leadership and team-building ability to motivate and develop high-performing global SAP operational teams.
