Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Risk, Legal, and business leaders on incentive plan design, governance materials, and regulatory-ready documentation. Manage compensation data and reporting across Workday and Payfactors, support annual compensation planning, and improve processes through continuous collaboration.

•Develop incentive compensation analyses, financial models, and scenario planning to evaluate plan effectiveness and business impact.
•Manage compensation data, reporting, and system administration across compensation platforms such as Workday and Payfactors.
•Coordinate annual compensation planning and prepare governance materials, plan documentation, and committee presentations supporting compliance and enterprise risk management.

•Experience working with compensation systems and Microsoft Excel.
