Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver pavement projects including investigation reports, design projects and site supervision.
  • •Ensure delivery meets company management systems, including Health and Safety, and supports project and risk management.
  • •Lead a team of engineers, providing technical support, advice and training.
  • •Lead pavement analysis, design, specification and reporting, including road and airfield pavement inspections and treatment recommendations.
  • •Manage fieldwork projects, provide commercial guidance for proposals, and support development of client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of pavement engineering demonstrated by experience in pavement design, investigation and research.
  • •Experience with road and airfield pavement engineering projects.
  • •Knowledge of pavement design methodologies and contract documentation, including MCHW/DMRB.
  • •Experience of pavement investigation projects for maintenance design and failure investigation.
  • •Technical background in pavement engineering (MEng/BEng in Civil Engineering).
