  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and fulfilling needs or referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
