Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure day-to-day service delivery quality and define, track, and achieve service KPIs and SLAs.
  • •Provide expert support for Linux OS/Windows and infrastructure customer issues.
  • •Identify and resolve architectural/design issues in existing Pacemaker setups, and develop automation to improve stability and reliability.
  • •Implement and manage high availability solutions using clustering technologies, particularly Pacemaker.
  • •Lead proactive alert analysis and participate in major incident handling, troubleshooting failures/outages and performing root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of advanced Linux operating system administration (Red Hat / SUSE) with strong troubleshooting experience.
  • •Expertise implementing and managing high-availability clustering solutions, especially Pacemaker.
  • •2–3 years of experience in Linux HA clusters, preferably Pacemaker, with relevant trainings/certifications.
  • •Hands-on experience administering Azure/AWS/GCP environments and large-scale public cloud operations.
  • •Networking and security fundamentals: TCP/IP, IP routing, NAT, firewalls, DNS/LDAP, HTTP proxies, OS hardening, and problem management/root cause analysis methodologies.
