Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the professional development of Financial Advisors and Financial Consultants aligned to the division’s strategic plan and growth initiatives.
  • •Leverage tools to analyze advisor books of business, identify efficiencies, and support pricing improvement initiatives.
  • •Work with national and regional sales leaders to execute practice management enhancements, advisor training, and succession planning coordination.
  • •Support risk management objectives through field education and coaching, including branch coverage change support.
  • •Educate advisors on wealth and bank partnership expectations and support referral dispositioning and transition requests as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • •8 years of leadership experience coaching sales and relationship management in the Wealth Brokerage/Advisory industry.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) plus Series 24, and applicable Life & Health insurance licenses.
  • •Thorough understanding of financial planning and investment concepts.
  • •Successful track record of sales coaching, presentation, and relationship management in the wealth brokerage business.
