Job Summary

Manage Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) activities for the Naval Power Mission Area supporting the Naval Standard Missile Systems production portfolio. Serve as the interface between Supply Chain and Program on production contracts, developing material strategies and forecasting to meet cost and schedule requirements. Drive supplier health, metrics, and supplier assessments while improving operational efficiency in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive GSCM processes to meet an aggressive delivery schedule and increasing delivery rates.
•Develop and implement material strategies and perform material forecasting in support of production contracts.
•Ensure cost and schedule requirements are met by evaluating metrics to monitor GSCM health.
•Oversee supplier health, including supplier assessments and development/support of ROMs and proposals.
•Influence team decisions and manage multiple conflicting priorities with supplier managers in a cross-functional environment.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
•Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams.
•Material forecasting and strategy experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret).
•U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for the security clearance.
