  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for Research Scientist, SWE, and Robotics searches from strategy through offer close.
  • •Partner with founders and engineering/research leaders to shape searches and calibrate the hiring bar.
  • •Source elite technical talent using papers, GitHub, conferences, communities, and networks.
  • •Run a sharp, fast, and human hiring process designed to delight senior researchers.
  • •Build scalable sourcing, screening, and reporting in Ashby and automate tasks that don’t need a human.
