Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead evaluation of investment opportunities across asset classes and transaction structures in Japan, including underwriting and risk analysis.
  • •Build and own financial models; conduct detailed underwriting and risk analysis; prepare investment memoranda for internal committees.
  • •Lead due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation of transaction terms.
  • •Review and negotiate key legal documents including purchase agreements, loan agreements, and JV structures.
  • •Drive sourcing by developing investment themes and pipeline across logistics, office, multifamily, hospitality, and data centers, and manage relationships with market participants.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity investing; real estate experience is not required
  • •Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to lead complex underwriting independently
