Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and administer unit-specific training, including refresher courses, special training needs, and capital project training; conduct hands-on, classroom, and computer-based training for operational staff.
  • •Assist in designing training curricula and ensuring consistency across units; lead qualification testing and learning verification for shift personnel.
  • •Schedule, deliver, and document all regulatory-required training; maintain complete and accurate training records and materials (paper, electronic, and other media).
  • •Ensure training KPIs are met, including those tied to computer-based learning.
  • •Coordinate common site training (Safety, HAZWOPER, fire brigade, etc.); maintain training schedules and coordinate operator qualification programs; collaborate with site and corporate teams on training initiatives; track and communicate updates to personnel; create and update Standard Operating Procedures as part of ongoing operational and quality system improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of operations experience in a sealants and adhesives facility or similar manufacturing environment.
