Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and improve conditioning workstations using a 360° review (job cards, safety, environment, hygiene, quality, work methods, workload).
  • •Create and finalize a book métier and operational supports to standardize work and support skills development.
  • •Manage daily production non-conformities and near-misses with relevant stakeholders, including root-cause analysis and follow-up actions.
  • •Train machine operators in continuous improvement tools/methods (including 5S and SMED) and support new hires in adopting standards and best practices.
  • •Maintain production communication and coordination using the iOBEYA digital communication tool and cross-service links.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical training in industrial performance, production, continuous improvement, or equivalent.
  • •Experience desired in industrial performance, HQSE, continuous improvement, or project management in an industrial environment.
  • •Good command of IT tools.
  • •Professional English required.
  • •Strong ability to work on-site with teams and drive practical continuous improvement.
