Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from concept and validation through volume production
  • •Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed manufacturing/prototype schedules and deliverables
  • •Identify and proactively manage program risks with timely mitigation plans
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, updates, and critical issues
  • •Own product lifecycle management including scope definition, BOM/POR, schedules, interlocks, communication, and sustaining handoffs

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in new product introduction (NPI) processes and product lifecycle management
  • •Diploma/Bachelor graduate in Engineering or a related field
  • •Understanding elements of product cost, including SW
