Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface between government agencies and industrial organizations to obtain, process, verify, and disseminate personnel security information for customer programs
  • •Maintain accurate personnel data and customer database records, including briefing and debriefing dates
  • •Conduct annual file audits and ensure database record accuracy
  • •Prepare cases for expedited requests from PSO and/or PSM and support clearance reciprocity efforts for access to customer programs
  • •Utilize multiple IC databases and maintain confidentiality of assets and personnel security information

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience
  • •Current Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance, and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI w/ Poly
  • •Demonstrated experience with current version of Microsoft Office Suite
  • •Demonstrated customer service and telephone skills with ability to work independently
  • •Experience with security personnel processing for background investigations, including knowledge of ICD 704 and E.O. 12968 guidelines
