Senior Manager, FP&A - Hybrid

Lead financial planning and forecasting while partnering closely with the Operations CFO and operational leadership to drive profitability across a complex, multi-site business. Oversee month-end close, consolidation, variance analysis, and budgeting/forecast cycles, translating operational and financial data into actionable insights. Manage financial analysts, strengthen reporting and internal controls, and support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and risk/opportunity identification across business units.
