Senior Loan Administrator

Review and analyze commercial loan transactions end-to-end, from application documentation through closing and funding. Independently determine due diligence and legal requirements to ensure accurate, compliant closings, coordinate with relationship managers, clients, and outside counsel, and manage open items. Handle complex loans (including specialized lending, syndications/participations), validate SOX controls, manage flood and insurance needs, oversee escrow/title, and complete post-closing follow-up and collateral perfection.
