Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the IT Asset Management team with day-to-day execution across the ITAM lifecycle from asset receipt through retirement and disposal.
  • •Receive and action routine and complex IT asset requests, including bulk orders, non-standard equipment requests, and inventory maintenance.
  • •Perform data analysis and reporting in PowerBI, including modeling asset and ticket data from the ITAM platform into dashboards and insights.
  • •Support Real Estate and Facilities activities such as space allocation maintenance and acting as a key contact for hoteling/space management software and facilities work requests.
  • •Identify process variances, improve workflows to lower costs, and assist with A/V related event and conference setup and workplace technology offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •1+ year of experience in IT Asset Management with knowledge of IT asset hardware lifecycle management.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience with PowerBI for analysis and reporting.
  • •Ability to identify problems and procedural irregularities and timely escalate to the Asset Manager.
  • •Familiarity with Freshservice and with Audio/Visual hardware and Facilities work requests is preferred.
