Guide and lead the cargo commercial market through effective management of the Etihad insource cargo team. Drive revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix by executing country, area, and account plans, managing customer contracts, and steering key account relationships. Use KPI/SLA tools to ensure compliance, support budgeting and credit controls, and implement iCargo, self-service, direct booking, and E-Airway Bill initiatives while coordinating with cargo terminals and HQ.
