Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure assigned new business tasks comply with NB & UW rules, regulatory guidelines, and global policies.
  • •Review and enhance NB & UW rules, guidelines, and procedural workflows to maintain productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness.
  • •Allocate work and monitor daily production performance to complete business transactions and meet service levels.
  • •Provide recommendations and execute process streamlining and service improvement initiatives.
  • •Liaise with cross-department stakeholders at projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder with professional qualification such as FLMI.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in life underwriting.
  • •Solid financial knowledge across Individual, Corporate & Trust Models with underwriting authority on sum assured/total premium up to USD20M.
  • •Medical underwriting knowledge, including mortality and morbidity with maximum loading, postpone and decline.
  • •Strong English and Chinese communication skills and competent PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
