Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues; partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving/processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor and support safe, efficient store operations through strong stockroom standards and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to work in and around the store with constant movement throughout the shift.
