Job Summary

Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for AI clinical tooling that improves patient access and operational efficiency. Build full-stack AI products—from foundation model translation to agentic orchestration, point-of-care decision support, and monitoring/evaluation—partnering with the Chief Scientist and Sprinter Labs. Drive clinician workflow tooling, embed next-best-action flows, and collaborate with broad stakeholders across the care delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation across Sprinter Health’s technology and operations stack to increase patient access and operational efficiency.
•Lead full-stack AI product development, translating foundation models into clinical impact, orchestrating agentic next-best-action flows, and driving monitoring and evaluation.
•Build and evolve an AI-native Care Console (clinician cockpit) for in-home Sprinters and virtual clinicians, including workflow tooling.
•Develop clinician workflows and routing/care delivery engines to support modular construction of care pathways and delightful, efficient clinician experiences.
•Partner with the Chief Scientist and Sprinter Labs, and engage with patients, front-line clinicians, and cross-functional stakeholders; support near-term team leadership opportunities when applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management experience with a strong background in AI-driven product development or clinical tooling.
•Experience deploying AI products, automation, or machine learning-driven solutions in healthcare, logistics, or operations-heavy environments.
•An operational mindset to understand and optimize complex clinical workflows while balancing tech-enablement, patient impact, and clinician satisfaction.
•A strong experimentation and data-driven product development track record at the 1-to-n scale.
•Ability to set vision and prioritize as a team, staying focused on patient impact in a fast-paced environment.
