Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide tier 3 systems support and perform evaluation, design, implementation, and support of Windows-based servers and enterprise applications.
  • •Design and administer server and application architectures, including administrative operation and maintenance of server hardware and software.
  • •Maintain system security by monitoring usage statistics and logs, baseline configurations, and executing incident response and troubleshooting procedures.
  • •Configure and support enterprise network components such as fiber channel networks and virtualization environments to enable high availability and geographic redundancy.
  • •Lead senior systems engineering activities by training, guiding, and mentoring less experienced administrators and recommending future technical direction to management.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of total experience and 4+ years with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019, plus experience with Windows clustering and enterprise IT administration.
  • •Extensive Microsoft Active Directory administration including Group Policy Management, DNS, DHCP, and identity & credential management.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, SharePoint Server 2019, and Skype for Business 2019 (Lync/Skype/Teams).
  • •Strong virtualization and hybrid-cloud systems experience with VMware vSphere/VCF, Workspace ONE, and Cisco networking; familiarity with Azure Active Directory is required.
  • •TS/SCI clearance required and US citizenship required; 8570/8140 qualified; desired ITIL certification.
