Job Summary

Join the HR Department at P&G’s Lodz Gillette site as a full on-site HR Trainee and work alongside HR Business Partners and business leaders. You’ll run meaningful HR projects spanning learning & development, engagement, retention, and HR data analytics, while also supporting recruitment through employer branding and school/university partnerships. Receive leadership, feedback, trainings, coaching, and mentoring during a 9-month traineeship.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with HR Business Partners and business leaders on HR projects around learning & development, engagement, retention, and HR data analytics.
•Independently run meaningful HR projects in cooperation with leaders across all levels of the Lodz manufacturing site.
•Support recruitment processes, including employer branding campaigns and partnerships with schools and universities.
•Coordinate recruitment activities within the HR department.
•Develop through leadership, feedback, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues.

Salary: PLN 10,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•Be a 3rd, 4th, or 5th year student, or a fresh alumni of BA or MA studies.
•Be proficient in Polish and proficient or advanced in English.
•Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
•Have very strong communication, collaboration, and social skills.
•Show solution-oriented thinking with the ability to translate ideas into action (with initial HR experience via internships, student organizations, or strong interest in HR).
