Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ with an advanced degree / 2+ with a PhD), or 11+ years total experience.
  • •8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers.
  • •Hands-on experience building GenAI-enabled applications using LLM frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, Haystack) and AWS GenAI services (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker).
  • •Experience developing full-stack systems (Python backend with FastAPI strongly preferred; React + TypeScript frontend) and building secure APIs, microservices, and event-driven components.
  • •Experience with GenAI data/ML workflows and engineering practices such as RAG at scale, vector databases, and CI/CD automation with tools like Jenkins and GitHub/Bitbucket.
