•Analyze prosecution evidence and assess its implications for clients
•Draft witness statements and review client evidence
•Collate, organise, and summarise case materials for senior lawyers
•Liaise with courts, coroners, regulators (HSE, CQC, Police) and external experts
•Prepare and serve defence case statements, sentencing and mitigation bundles

Key Requirements

•A qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year’s experience in Health & Safety/Regulatory law, Criminal law, and Inquests (ideally within care home or similar settings)

•Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels
•Calm, resilient and professional under pressure
