  • •Act as an internal consultant to supply chain and business leaders across Personal Systems, Print, and Enterprise Operations.
  • •Intake, assess, and triage complex strategic and operational challenges requiring cross-functional leadership.
  • •Structure ambiguous problems into workplans, hypotheses, analyses, and executive recommendations to enable fact-based decisions.
  • •Define and advance long-term supply chain resilience and network optimization strategies, including geographic diversification and manufacturing footprint design.
  • •Lead executive-level special projects and rapid-response initiatives tied to emerging risks, opportunities, and disruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, consulting, strategy, or transformation leadership.
  • •Experience from a top-tier consulting firm, internal strategy organization, or equivalent strategic leadership role.
  • •Deep expertise across end-to-end supply chain functions including sourcing, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and resilience.
  • •Strong understanding of network design, manufacturing strategy, trade policy, tariff impacts, and geopolitical risk.
  • •Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with advanced analytical and structured problem-solving.
  • •Exceptional executive communication and storytelling; influencing senior leaders across matrixed organizations.
