Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously enhance supply chain ESG governance and the human rights agenda.
  • •Design, implement, and oversee onboarding and ongoing ESG due diligence processes with clear accountability.
  • •Monitor emerging ESG regulations and supervisory expectations, assess impacts, and coordinate readiness activities.
  • •Embed ESG governance into risk management and operational processes, including escalation paths and documented decision-making.
  • •Act as the point of contact for ESG governance, due diligence, and human rights matters, coordinating audit/disclosure/assurance inputs and supplier/category engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of core procurement processes and systems.
  • •Experience applying ESG principles within procurement and/or supply chain contexts.
  • •Knowledge of ESG reporting requirements and regulations, including CSDDD and ISSB-related expectations.
  • •Track record in ESG due diligence, assurance, and risk management, including control design and evidence-based oversight.
  • •In-depth understanding of human rights, modern slavery, and responsible business practices, including standards such as UN Guiding Principles and OECD Guidelines.
