Job Summary

Support the financial health of a portfolio of projects by providing oversight, maintaining accurate cost and revenue records, and leading financial reviews for compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies. Coordinate with project delivery and billing teams across the project lifecycle—setup through closure—prepare ETCs/EACs, manage risks and revenue adjustments, support month-end close, analyze variances, and assist with internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support and oversight for a portfolio of projects with multiple PMs across business units.
•Attend regular meetings with the project delivery team to review project financial status.
•Lead financial reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
•Assist PMs across the project lifecycle (setup, monitoring, updates, and closure) and ensure accurate recording of cost and revenue transactions.
•Prepare ETCs/EACs, assess financial risks, support audits and month-end close, and analyze cost and revenue variances.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 62,900 - 83,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in administration or accounting.
•3+ years of experience in project accounting in financial and operational management.
•Knowledge of the professional services industry, project-based accounting, and ERP systems.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
•Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
