Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support and oversight for a portfolio of projects with multiple PMs across business units.
  • •Attend regular meetings with the project delivery team to review project financial status.
  • •Lead financial reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
  • •Assist PMs across the project lifecycle (setup, monitoring, updates, and closure) and ensure accurate recording of cost and revenue transactions.
  • •Prepare ETCs/EACs, assess financial risks, support audits and month-end close, and analyze cost and revenue variances.

Salary: CAD 62,900 - 83,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in administration or accounting.
  • •3+ years of experience in project accounting in financial and operational management.
  • •Knowledge of the professional services industry, project-based accounting, and ERP systems.
  • •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • •Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
